Nursing provided her with a holistic and family-centered care framework that she was passionate about however knew she wanted something more. Following a back injury, Laura experienced for herself the missing piece; the importance of cultivating a healthy mind and body with stress management and self care, nourishing foods and exercise. This personal journey motivated her pursuit of a career focused on wellness, treating the whole person and empowering others with the knowledge and skill to lead their best lives.
