Amy is one of our amazing Registered Massage Therapists. She is a graduate of Fanshawe College, and has completed additional courses in Geriatric massage as well as Cupping Therapy.

Amy has always had a passion and love for the elderly community and has massage experience in long term care facilities which is where she solidified her love for massaging seniors. As a local resident of the Waterdown/Dundas area her whole life, Amy is honoured to be able to provide quality care to all individuals no matter the age within the community! 

Whether it be relaxation, specific treatment, or cupping therapy with the massage, Amy uses a vast variety of techniques suited for each case, symptom, injury, and individual. Amy is adept in fascial work, Swedish massage techniques, stretches/ exercises and she makes sure to tailor your treatment to benefit your specific needs, as she strives to improve your overall wellbeing. 

Outside of the clinic Amy is often spending time at her grandparents, with her family and friends, reading, organizing, and caring for all her beautiful houseplants and flowers.
