When Do I Sign Up?
In order to benefit the most from this program and participate fully, it is recommended to sign up when you are at least 6 weeks postpartum if you had an uncomplicated vaginal delivery (this can vary with degrees of tearing, etc.) and to register once you are 3 months postpartum after a C-Section.
These time frames are the earliest we would recommend that you sign up, but it’s never too late!
What is Involved?
Postpartum Core & Floor Rehabilitation Level 1
$250.00 Pre-recorded at-home postpartum core and pelvic floor rehabilitation classes. 4 weeks in total, 2 sessions released per week for 8 classes. Each class lasts 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. It focuses on proper postpartum healing through deep breath work, improving posture, reconnecting and strengthening the core and pelvic floor, and glute strengthening. Additional daily stretches will also be included for reference.
Postpartum Core & Floor Rehabilitation Level 2
- $210.00 (Prerequisite is completing Level 1) Pre-recorded at-home postpartum core and pelvic floor rehabilitation sessions. 4 weeks in total, 2 sessions released per week for 8 classes. The length of each class is 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. A total body workout which builds off the foundations from Level 1 while incorporating more advanced movements that can be done bodyweight or with resistance bands and light weights.
