At Waterdown Village Chiropractic and Wellness Group we believe clear communication is vital to your care with us. Please take some time to familiarize yourself to the office policy within our clinic. Privacy Policy

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. As such, we will never disclose information about your treatments with any of our practitioners without your consent. For patients under the age of 18, we will require parent approval to release any information on your behalf. It is important to note that once our patients reach the age of 18, we are unable to release information to parents without the consent of their child.

From time-to-time we are required to confirm services with insurance providers to ensure the timely reimbursement of your claims. Before doing so, we require insurance companies to provide proof that you have signed-off on allowing them to ask for this information.
