May 11th COVID-19 Update

A Message From Dr. Cheryl 

To all our valued clients of WVCWG,

I know many of you are going through tough times right now, whether that be teaching or entertaining your kids while working from home, dealing with ill family members or just feeling isolated and lonely. Many of you have lost jobs. I understand and know this is a difficult time for many of you.

I want you to know that we are here for you. If you need to talk to someone, Juli our life coach and psychotherapy resident is available for online consultations, Dr. Carly Wendler is here for virtual telemedicine and acute in office acupuncture, Karen is available for limited virtual care physiotherapy and I am here in office for you for acute pain chiropractic care and to assess what is best for you if you are in a lot of pain or have an emergency. Rest assured, I will remain here for you should you need me even if I was not your primary provider prior to COVID-19 restrictions.

I want to assure you that we are on top of all heath and safety recommendations for our facility including screening for COVID-19 of all acute patients both by phone and upon entry, hand sanitizer is provided for you as you enter and masks for close contact treatment. We diligently sanitize all contact surfaces, tables, and touch points between every patient and have spaced out appointments as appropriate to minimize contact, our reception area has been modified to allow 6ft distancing at all times. Virtual appointments are done when possible. Our practitioners wear PPE for your treatments. We have installed plexiglass-glass barriers between you and our reception staff and ask that you stay behind it.

As we look forward to re-opening fully, know that all of the appropriate precautions will be taken to protect you and your family to the best of our ability and in accordance with health and safety guidelines. I ask that you take the time to fill out our recent survey so we can serve your needs best. We will keep you updated on re-opening when that time comes.
