Chiropractic care can help anybody and everybody. In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives we tend to take the functioning and overall health of our body for granted. Undoubtedly, we often forget that important structures like our spine and nervous system are even there. It is important we realize that the stressors in our day-to-day life affect the joints, muscles and nerves around our spine. Multiple daily stressors can affect our joints such that they can become fixated or locked in their position, losing their normal fluid motion. This is called a spinal subluxation.

What we need to know is that our spine houses the most important anatomical structure for our body… our nervous system. By restoring the proper alignment and motion to the spinal vertebrae through gentle chiropractic adjustments, you restore the functioning of the nervous system. Consequently, this allows your nervous system to be free from any interference to do what it does best… Maintain your whole-body system in perfect working order. We help many people just like you and your family achieve optimal health. We look forward to helping you reach your goals – you will be amazed at how well you will feel!

If you suffer from…
Headaches and/or Neck Pain

Chiropractic care helps relieve, reduce the frequency, or eliminate headaches altogether. Different types of headaches (tension, migraine), have shown favourable results from Chiropractic care in alleviating symptoms.  In fact, studies have shown that it is more effective for neck pain and headaches than NSADIS (non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Tylenol). Our chiropractors help hundreds of people with headaches leave them behind.

Low-Back Pain

Join the many people getting relief of their low back pain with regular chiropractic care! It has been shown to decrease low back pain and improve many back conditions:

  • Chronic and acute low back pain
  • Disc herniations
  • Sciatica
  • Referred pain
  • Pelvic pain
  • Hip pain
  • Numbness and tingling

These are just some of the reasons patients regularly seek chiropractic care. Try chiropractic for your back pain and get the relief you are looking for.

Arthritis

Joints in the body wear down when they are stiff and do not have a lot of movement. Through gentle adjustments, Chiropractic care eases the aches and pains of arthritis by increasing theh mobility of worn down and immobile joints. As a result, chiropractic care will restore proper motion to help slow the degenerative progression of arthritis.

Sports Injuries

Our Chiropractors are trained in the assessment and diagnosis of sports injuries both for adults and children.  We give treatment options and exercise programs to help you get back to the game as quick as possible.

Extremity Conditions

If you suffer from such conditions as tennis elbow, ankle/foot pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, or shoulder/knee pain, chiropractic care can help diagnose and treat these conditions, thereby alleviating pain symptoms. Chiropractic care at Waterdown Village Chiropractic & Wellness Group is not limited to the spine alone.

Other Conditions

Through its influence on the complex interaction of your nervous system, immune system and endocrine system, chiropractic care is a powerful treatment tool for many other health conditions. Consider adding chiropractic treatment at Waterdown Village Chiropractic Group to fulfill your health goals.

Chiropractic Wellness Care

Like seeing your dentist to check your teeth for cavities, people of all ages should have their spines checked for spinal subluxations. You often will not even know if your spine is out of alignment, like you often do not know you have a cavity.  Unlike brushing your teeth, your chiropractor does not have to “adjust” your spine 2-3x a day but you should have your spine checked and adjusted if necessary every 2 weeks to 1 month depending on your activity level. Come in and see the difference chiropractic wellness care can make in your overall health.
